With a career spanning customer service and administrative positions, Rasma joined the team at Be Personnel in October 2021. Recently completing her REC Level 3 in Recruitment Practice, she is a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant.
Rasma's day-to-day tasks can vary greatly, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities. But the most fulfilling part of her job is being able to connect people and find the perfect match for both candidates and clients, ultimately making a positive difference in people's lives.
Originally from Latvia, Rasma moved to the UK in 2011 before settling in Scotland in 2017, which she describes as one of the best decisions she's ever made. When she's not hard at work, you can find Rasma exploring the great outdoors through hillwalking or staying active by attending Les Mills classes at the gym.
