Stronger Together

Stronger together (ST) is a business led, multi-stakeholder collaborative initiative whose purpose is to support organisations in tackling modern slavery within their businesses and supply chains and as a stronger together Partner Be Personnel is committed to tackling hidden labour exploitation.

Our staff have been trained to recognise and address potential examples of slavery and our workers provided with information about recognising forms of slavery and how to get help if they need it.

The ST website at www.stronger2gether.org contains free guidance and pragmatic resources to support employers and labour providers to deter, detect and deal appropriately with forced labour, labour trafficking and other hidden labour exploitation.

The site also has an excellent video which tells the true story of two workers subjected to exploitation. It can be used as a training aid or as part of an induction programme and is subtitled in several languages.
