Oliwia Janik has over five years of experience working in the travel industry, having begun her career as a check-in agent at Edinburgh Airport. She has also worked in airport operations and spent three years as a cabin crew member. Oliwia holds an HND in Travel and Tourism and joined Be Personnel in November 2020.
As an On-Site Coordinator at Be Personnel, Oliwia is responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities at MOWI. This includes arranging interviews, posting job adverts, scheduling start dates, and providing support to candidates throughout the hiring process. A typical day includes assisting candidates with confirming their start dates and preparing PPE and lockers, holding paperwork meetings, confirming successful candidates with managers, and arranges their start dates. Throughout the day, she interacts with candidates, answering their questions about pay, payslips, holidays, and other matters.
Outside of work, Oliwia enjoys spending time with her family, often going outside to visit animals or going to soft play and parks. She also enjoys cooking with her family and watching Netflix and crime documentaries.
