Mila Gabalina is a Recruitment Resourcer at Be Personnel, where she has been an integral member of the team since 2016.
Mila's primary responsibility is to liaise with Eastern European candidates, providing them with translation support from Russian to English and vice versa. Additionally, Mila possesses valuable operational experience in the food industry, which has allowed her to become a specialist in the sector when it comes to recruiting talent.
