Key Account Manager

With a background in the hospitality sector, Mariya began her career as a receptionist at a busy hotel and later worked as a shop assistant in Bulgaria. After moving to the UK, she gained experience in food processing, first at a scallop processing factory and then in carrying and quality control at Baxters, one of the largest food processing factories in Moray.

Mariya started her journey with Be Personnel as a translator before working her way up to Resourcer, followed by Onsite Coordinator. Now, as a Key Account Manager, she works on-site with one of Be Personnel's largest clients, performing a range of tasks such as admin, compliance, onsite inductions, recruitment, and providing support to both staff and clients. Mariya thrives in the fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of tasks that come her way.

Outside of work, Mariya's primary focus is spending time with her daughter. They enjoy going to the beach, visiting interesting places both near and far, and playing at the local park.
