Claire began her career in recruitment when she joined Be Personnel in 2008. She quickly proved to be a valuable member of the team, and her exceptional customer service skills soon became apparent.
During her time with the company, she has skilfully partnered with clients across different industries, including Contact Centres, Commercial, Food Industry, and Industrial, to fulfill positions quickly and efficiently with the best available candidate, resulting in a measurable return on investment.
Over the years, Claire advanced her career by holding various roles within the company. She was promoted to Recruitment Manager in 2016, followed by Business Manager, and most recently, Managing Director in 2022. In her current role, she oversees the company's continued growth across all divisions and leads the team to deliver exceptional results.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her loved ones and exploring the great outdoors. An interesting fact about Claire is that she shares a birthday with her older sibling, despite being born seven years apart.
