Business Manager

Claire joined Be Personnel in 2008 and during her time with the Company she has focused on temporary and permanent recruitment, showing significant skill in candidate screening and filling posts with “best fit” candidates resulting in satisfaction for both parties. Claire has recruited across many sectors although regards her “specialist subjects” to be Contact Centres, Food Industry, Industrial and Executive Search.

Claire was promoted to the role of Recruitment Manager in late 2016 due to her continued excellent performance; excelling in managing both client and candidate expectations and helping them both through every step of the recruitment process.

More recently, Claire has moved in to the role of Business Manager, also focussing on developing team Be and the business.

Much of Claire's free time is spent renovating her home and garden, although she also enjoys socialising with friends.
