Moving to the UK in 2019, Carina started working at Amazon as a Quality Auditor and Process Guide. It was while overseeing a team of more than 50 people and ensuring they received the best training and feedback for their quality, that Carina discovered her passion for working with people, which led her to pursue a qualification in CIPD (Human Resource Level 3).
Joining Be Personnel at the end of 2023, every day is different for Carina in her role as a Recruitment Resourcer. She handles tasks such as advertising jobs, pre-screening candidates daily, ensuring all candidates are treated fairly, finding the right person for each job, and communicating with clients.
Outside of work, Carina loves to spend quality time with her family. She enjoys camping and cycling, and unwinds by going on walks and listening to music.
