As part of our focus on candidate journey's and the opportunities they have had through working with Be we would like to introduce you to Konstiantyn who has been with MOWI for just over a year.
What Konstiantyn has to say about his time at MOWI to date:
“I began working at MOWI in June 2019 in the MAP department as a General Production Operative. I quickly worked my way up in to a Key Operative role which led to me being offered a permanent contract in October 2019 with MOWI.
Since then I have been promoted again in to a Team Leader position where I am responsible for my team of 10 staff. Everyday there is a new challenge and I really do love my job! When I came to work here through Be Personnel it was my goal and my ambition to get to where I am now. I have been able do this with the thanks of MOWI and Be Personnel for believing in me.”
