Recognising the Unsung Heroes: Environment Secretary Pays Tribute to Key Workers in the Food Industry Amidst the Pandemic

Environment Secretary George Eustice has paid tribute to key workers in the food industry in an open letter, referring to them as the ‘hidden heroes of this pandemic’.

He is right to do so! Throughout the course of the past year, these critical workers of the UK food supply chain have quietly continued to work to make sure our country is fed.
