Congratulations to Rasma Snepste on Her Promotion to Key Account Manager

Congratulations to Rasma, who was recently promoted to Key Account Manager! With a career spanning customer service and administrative positions, Rasma joined the team at Be Personnel in October 2021 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

The following year she became a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant, having gained her REC Level 3 in Recruitment Practice. She has since continued to excel in her role, recently being awarded a promotion to the role of Key Account Manager, which recognises her increasing responsibilities within the Central Belt area.

Claire Cookson, Be Personnel's Managing Director, commented: "Rasma has shown fantastic work ethic, with a drive to learn and succeed. She has naturally taken on a lead role within the Central Belt team, which includes being a key day-to-day contact for MOWI, one of Be Personnel’s largest Clients."

She added: "As the team continues to grow, with two new staff members having recently joined, it has been vital that there is a structure in place to facilitate the right support, therefore Rasma’s new role will include the coordination, training and supervision of these staff members.
