Congratulations to Mariya Arbalieva, Be Personnel’s On-Site Co-ordinator who has recently passed her Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice qualification.
What does that mean for Mariya’s role and the business?
Mariya is one of Be Personnel’s sector specific Recruiters, having joined the business after gaining valuable operational exposure within the food production industry within a Quality role.
Mariya has worked hard since joining Be to excel in sourcing and placing best fit candidates with our food processing Clients, while also supporting one of our valued Clients and all of Be’s Candidates on site in Buckie.
Gaining the REC qualification has built on the practical training Mariya has received and the skills that she has development during her time with the business. Mariya is the latest success story adding to Be’s trained and qualified team of Recruiters, who are also industry and/or process specific specialists.
What is the REC and why is it important for recruitment?
REC is the largest trade body within the recruitment industry, driving standards and good recruitment practice.
And what does the qualification mean to Mariya…..
"For me the qualification means a lot. It means that my knowledge about recruitment is approved by REC and they are happy with what I have achieved in my studies.
Personally for me REC level 3 was a challenge and an opportunity. A challenge as it was a lot of information to understand and also to memorise (all while not having lots of time to spend with being a full time mummy). An opportunity to understand in detail what I was already doing and to gain more knowledge and understanding of the legal part of my role. Also little tips of how to be better at my job. I strive to always deliver the best of service to my candidates and also clients which I work with and the qualification definitely increased my confidence with this.”
