As 2023 draws to a close, we would like to thank all of our clients, candidates, contractors for their continued support — Be's seventeenth year of trading has certainly been marked by numerous achievements and milestones within the business.
Be Personnel’s new Dunfermline office completed its first year of trading in October, with fantastic growth seen over the course of this time. Overall, the business has gone from strength to strength, with over 20% increase on the previous year — this continues to be testament to the hard work of the team as well as our valued workers across our many Client sites.
One of our key team members, Mila Gabalina, received her 5-year service award along with our Managing Director, Claire Cookson, reaching 15 years in recruitment! It has also been fantastic to see continued development across team members and well-deserved promotions including Rasma, our Key Account Manager in the Central Belt.
We have welcomed several new colleagues to the team as the business has grown, along with the return of new Be mummy and Recruitment Consultant Silvia Danailova, and Ethan Bews, who has taken on the role of Business Manager in the Central Belt.
We look forward to the coming year with focus on continuing to develop on our strong partnerships with existing Clients, while building similar with new. Alongside our Head Office in Inverness, we are excited to continue the work in developing Be Personnel’s brand within the Central Belt, which is key in our ambitious plans for both organic and acquisitive future growth.
