As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to take the opportunity to thank our clients, candidates, contractors and our hard working internal team for their continued support throughout the year.
This year marked Be Personnel’s 19th year of trading, providing recruitment services across sectors including food processing, commercial and more. It has been a year of growth, progress and many moments to be proud of. Together, we have continued to make a positive impact by supporting individuals in finding new opportunities and helping businesses find the right people. Within the business, we celebrated both growth and development. Longstanding team member Ethan Bews stepped into the role of Operations Director, reflecting our commitment to developing talent from within and strengthening our leadership team for the future.
Throughout the year, teamwork remained a key part of how we worked. Supporting one another through busy periods, learning from each other and celebrating shared successes allowed us to continue delivering positive outcomes for candidates and building strong, trusted relationships with both new and existing clients.
We also welcomed new colleagues to the team and celebrated important milestones. This included Oliwia, our Senior Recruitment Coordinator, who marked five years with Be Personnel, Mariya, our Key Account Manager, who celebrated eight years with the business, and Mila, our Recruitment Resourcer, who reached an incredible nine-year milestone. Alongside this, team members continued to develop their skills through training and new responsibilities, supporting both individual growth and the wider business.
Reflecting on the year, Ethan Bews said, “Managing a team that consistently supports one another has been a real highlight for me. Seeing people grow, step into new roles and welcoming new faces into the business has been incredibly rewarding.”
As we look ahead to 2026, which will mark Be Personnel’s 20th anniversary, we remain focused on delivering a trusted, high-quality recruitment service, strengthening relationships and creating meaningful opportunities.
