Be Personnel Celebrates Oliwia Janik's Achievement of REC Level 3 Certification in Recruitment Practice

We are thrilled to announce that Oliwia Janik, our Onsite Coordinator based at MOWI, recently passed her REC Level 3 Exam in Recruitment Practice!

Reflecting on her achievement, Oliwia shared: "I am ecstatic for achieving CertRP and developing my knowledge within the industry. I look forward to continuing to provide the best service to our candidates and clients."

At Be Personnel, we continuously invest in our people, and following initial training and establishment within the team, all staff are qualified to this level and/or CIPD qualified. Within our Central Belt division, Oliwia joins Ethan Bews (Business Manager), Rasma Snepste (Key Account Manager), and Chris Kennerley (Recruitment Consultant) in completing the REC qualification.
