Our client a successful and well known family bakery within the Highlands are seeking a dedicated Confectionery Assistants / Bakery Assistants to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods in a fast-paced bakery environment.
We have various Day shift position available working between the hours:
Starting time between 06:15 and 08:00
Finishing time between 14:45 and 16:30
Monday to Friday with potential for overtime after completing training.
Main duties (not limited to):
Completing cake finishing tasks, including icing, decorating, and cream filling
Preparing and assembling fillings for sandwiches and panini, ensuring quality and freshness
Keeping kitchen and baking areas clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times
Following food hygiene and safety regulations to maintain high product standards
The ideal candidate should:
Dependable and consistently punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
Able to perform effectively and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
