About the Role
We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
Working closely with leadership and the wider recruitment team, you will play a key role in strengthening existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the continued development of our recruitment offering.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and growing an existing portfolio of client accounts
Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
Sourcing, attracting and placing high-quality candidates across relevant sectors
Delivering a consultative, high-quality recruitment service to clients and candidates
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
Contributing to team performance, market growth and strategic initiatives
Supporting best practice, process improvement and market intelligence activity
About You
We are keen to hear from individuals who can demonstrate:
Proven experience within 360 recruitment, ideally at Senior Consultant level
Strong business development and account management capability
A track record of delivering successful placements and revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach
Sector experience within industrial, manufacturing, food production, commercial or specialist recruitment would be advantageous, although we welcome applicants from broader recruitment backgrounds.
