We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client’s team for an immediate temporary opportunity in Fort William.
The role has an immediate start and is likely to last until the end of June, with the possibility of this being extended to mid-July.
Key Duties:
• Transferring polystyrene bases from the moulding machines to the printer
• Moving printed items to the warehouse and stacking them correctly
• Removing polystyrene lids from machines
• Bundling lids in packs of 21 using tape
• Transferring finished bundles to the warehouse and stacking
Shift Pattern & Hours:
• 48 hours per week
• Rotational 3-shift pattern: 4 x 12-hour shifts per week (one week will be nightshift)
• Shifts are scheduled across Sunday to Saturday
Pay & Benefits:
• 40 hours paid at basic rate (£14.20 per hour)
• 8 hours paid at (time and a half - £21.30 per hour)
• Night shift premium: Additional 20% on the 40 hours basic
This is a great opportunity to work with a busy and supportive team. Full training will be provided, but candidates must be comfortable with manual handling and working in a production environment.
