Due to continued business growth, Be Personnel is recruiting for a Multilingual On-Site Coordinator to join our team based at our on-site office in Rosyth. This is a fantastic role for someone flexible, organised, and eager to grow within a recruitment environment and work with a supportive team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Multilingual On-Site Coordinator to support recruitment operations for one of our industry-leading clients in Fife. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day on-site activities and ensuring a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all on-site recruitment needs

Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures

Produce regular reports and updates for the client

Address issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential

Strong administrative background is essential

Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Romanian/Bulgarian speaking (desirable)

Hours / Rota

Full time hours with 2 consecutive days off a week (Flexible for these out with Saturday and Sunday)

Start times can vary between 6am- 8am
