Our client are a family run local bakery who are looking to expand their team with the recruitment of an Assistant Store Manager based in Inverness.

You require to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 7.30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday and 7:30am-2:30pm on Saturdays.

You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, over 5 days per week.

Please note this role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis.

The key duties for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Working with your team with general food preparation
  • Engaging with the customers in a friendly and positive manner
  • Assisting with coaching, mentoring & delegating tasks throughout the team
  • Administration takes such as stock taking, banking and some finance duties
  • Upholding our excellent customer service

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Experience of working within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work additional hours, as and when required
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
