Our well known local family business is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant, based within the Inverness area, with an immediate start date.

Our client offers job security, an immediate start, training and progression.

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of MS Office packages, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Preparing Production Line for Bakery using Cybake Software
  • Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Checking Daily Cash Control Sheet
  • Previous experience in similar environment

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 0800 - 1600 total 35 hours per week.
