Our client a successful and well known family bakery, a living wage employer with a passion for developing their staff within the Highlands are seeking a dedicated Nightshift Bakery Assistant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The hours of work will be Sunday to Thursday with a start time of 1700/1800 (to suit) working 39 hours per week, 6th shift every 2nd Friday which is paid at £30.00 per hour.

Main duties (not limited to):

• Assisting the bakery team with making of Rolls, Bread and other fresh baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
• Adhere to food safety standards and procedures to ensure quality products
• Full training given across all aspects of the bakery

The ideal candidate should:

• Have some experience within a similar environment (not essential) full training will be given
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Have some previous experience of working a nightshift
