We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our clients team and oversee the daily operations of their local branch.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales management.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and profitability
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to promote professional development and high performance
  • Maintain accurate records of branch activities, including sales reports and inventory management
  • Collaborate with upper management to align branch goals with company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ideal candidate should have experience within a Trades environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

Base salary of £35,000 with monthly performance based bonus, working Monday to Friday (no weekends or evenings) 0800 - 1700
