Recycling Operative (BE10827) - Alness

Be Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Recycling Operative to join Our client based in Alness.

Working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700 (1 hour break per day) start Monday 30th June working approx. 3 - 4 weeks, this could also be extended.

This role is essential in ensuring the efficient processing of recyclable materials, contributing to our clients commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and separate recyclable materials from waste streams effectively
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from collection vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

The ideal candidate should:

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions as the role may involve outdoor tasks
