The Role
As a Food Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the production process, working with a variety of seafood products including:
Fresh and smoked salmon
Mackerel
Shellfish
Responsibilities may include working across different stages of the production line, ensuring products are prepared and packed to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
Have experience within food production, manufacturing, or processing environments (preferred but not essential)
Possess a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Are reliable, flexible, and willing to learn
Are comfortable working in a lightly chilled environment
Have a reasonable level of physical fitness, as some lifting is required
Don't have food production experience? No problem.
Candidates with experience in other hands-on or manual roles are also encouraged to apply.
