Full Time and Temporary to Permanent

£13.00 per hour

Our client a leader in Filtration solutions and manufacturing is currently looking for a Production Operator to join their team based in the Alness for an immediate start working for a minimum 3 months however for the right person this could also lead to a permanent position.

Working Monday to Friday 38.75 hours per week, overtime would also be available at peak times paid at time and a half.

Main Duties (not limited to):

• Operate and maintain various types of production machinery, ensuring optimal performance
• Packing of materials ready for labelling/shipping
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Keep the work area clean and organised, following health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production and or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
