Our client a family lead business, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team based in Alness, on a temporary 3 month basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour.

Working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week between the hours of 0830am - 1700 (1630 Friday).

This role requires effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Must have MS Office experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Have a strong work ethic & can work well within a team environment
