The key duties for this role include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with baking of goods
• Icing and filling cakes
• Making of creams and fillings
• Cleaning of work area and ensuring of H & S at all times

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

• Excellent communication skills
• A degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work additional hours, as and when required
• Ability to work well as part of a team

As a Bakery Production Assistant you will benefit from:

• Full time position, working Monday - Friday 06.15am - 2.45pm (1 x day per week will finish 1 hour early). May also be asked to work Saturday in line with business needs
• The opportunity to learn other aspects of the business, with the option to progress and develop within the company, also after initial probation period the hourly rate will also be revise
