Our client an Irish based food company with over 50 years experience serving international markets, restaurants and household foodservice names with prime cuts of meat, on-trend foodservice solutions and ready-for-market convenience foods, currently looking for Night shift Industrial Cleaners

We are looking for Skilled operatives, however we will also consider applications from those from a Food Production back ground i.e. Fish processing, Temperature control and any other food production environment.

This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 1800 - 0300

MUST have own transport due to shift times and location

Main duties will include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring production areas cleaned up to the hygiene standards
• Cleaning machinery, tools and equipment
• Using industrial pressure washers
• Maintain Industrial Hygiene Standards
• Adhering to cleaning instructions and schedules
• Completion of tasks in a timely manner to meet daily targets
• Adhere to food safety standards
• Store and maintain tools and equipment to company standard
• Participate in any training required

Attributes, Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work in both warm and chilled environments
• Manual handling ability and awareness
• Previous experience in working within an Industrial Cleaning Environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production setting
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Communicate well across both written and orally
