Our client a successful and well known family bakery within the Highlands are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Working 0800 - 1630 Monday to Friday with potential for overtime & Saturday AM hours.

Main duties (not limited to):

• Assist in baking and cooking various bakery items following recipes and guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for baking, including measuring, mixing, and portioning
• Slicing of bread ready for packing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
• Adhere to food safety standards and procedures to ensure quality products

The ideal candidate should:

• Have some experience within a similar environment (not essential) full training will be given
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
