Be Personnel is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Shopping Trolley Marshall at Tesco in Blairgowrie. As a Shopping Trolley Marshall, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized parking lot by collecting and returning shopping carts to the designated areas. Your role will contribute to creating a positive and safe shopping experience for our customers.

Dates required :

• Friday 20th December: 12:00 - 18:00
• Saturday 21st December 12:00 - 18:00
• Sunday 22nd December 12:00 - 18:00
• Monday 23rd December 12:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve shopping trolleys from the parking lot, trolley corrals, and store entrances.
• Ensure trolleys are clean, undamaged, and in good working condition.
• Assist in maintaining store safety by ensuring carts are not obstructing walkways or parking spaces.
• Help customers with any trolley-related issues or questions.
• Ensure trolleys are properly stored in designated areas to prevent blockages or accidents.
• Assist with any other tasks as needed to support store operations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.).
• Physical stamina to walk, push trolleys, and lift items as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Previous experience in a customer service or outdoor role is a plus, but not required.
