Our client a successful and well known family bakery within the Highlands are seeking a dedicated Confectioner Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods in a fast-paced bakery environment.

We have 1 x Day shift position available working between the hours of 0615 - 145 Monday to Thursday, Friday 0615 - 1345 with potential for overtime & Saturday AM hours.

Main duties (not limited to):

• Finishing of all cakes, icing, filling with cream etc
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
• Adhere to food safety standards and procedures to ensure quality products

The ideal candidate should:

• Have some experience within a similar environment (not essential) full training will be given
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Have some previous experience of working a nightshift
