Our client, a Dealership group and Ford specialist is currently looking for a Marketing Executive who will deliver real results. You’ll be responsible for making sure their marketing efforts directly impact business growth. This isn’t about ticking boxes; it’s about achieving measurable outcomes that move the needle. You’ll work as part of an award-winning marketing team and focus on key areas like social media, lead generation, website performance, and event management.

Key Outcomes:

  • Deliver High-Quality Leads: Create and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads with a high conversion potential. You’ll measure the success of your efforts by the quality and impact of the leads you generate.
  • Grow Our Social Media Presence: We’ve already gotten off to a great start. Now we need you to continue this by ensuring our social channels remain the most followed and engaged in the UK amongst our other manufacturer competitors. You’ll drive content, engagement, and growth, ensuring they stand out and stay ahead in the market.
  • Optimise Website Metrics: Focus on improving website performance metrics such as traffic, time on page, pages viewed, and conversion rates. Your goal is to turn visitors into customers by optimising the user experience and content.
  • Organise High-Impact Events: Plan and execute events that create meaningful engagement with target audiences. Your events will be well-organized, memorable, and effective in promoting the brand.
  • Maximise Paid Digital Advertising: Work closely with our digital specialist to ensure that all PPC and paid digital advertising campaigns are fully optimised and aligned with overall marketing strategy. You’ll focus on maximising ROI and ensuring that paid efforts are delivering strong, measurable results.
  • Drive Campaign ROI: Ensure that all marketing campaigns, including PPC and social media advertising, are delivering a strong return on investment. You’ll use data to guide decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Effective Planning and Communication: Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. Manage multiple stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned on goals, timelines and project status.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in growing social media channels and increasing audience engagement.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics with a focus on improving key performance metrics such as time on page and conversion rates.
  • A track record of generating high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing events that effectively engage with target audiences.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing PPC and paid digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with digital specialists.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Data-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while delivering measurable results.
  • UK Driving Licence - essential
