Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration and implementation of financial systems and reporting processes following the merger.
  • Develop and implement robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning frameworks to support growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements during and post transition.
  • Manage cash flow and optimize financial resources to support strategic objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop the finance department to optimise the business moving forward
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets during and post integration process.
  • Experienced in compiling detailed financial reports, direct and indirect cash flow, P&L and balance sheet

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACA or CMA preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial integration following mergers or acquisitions desirable
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems set up.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
