Hygiene Team Leader (BE10667) - Nairn

Be Personnel have a new vacancy for a Hygiene Team Leader at our clients site in Nairn. As a Hygiene Team Leader you will be responsible for leading the hygiene team and managing the effective manual and CIP cleaning across the manufacturing site

The Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the hygiene cleaning schedule.
• Planning and management of cleaning factory equipment including filling machines, tanks, as well as the environment; floors, walls and ceilings.
• Management of tasks completed by hygiene operatives.
• Active involvement in completing hygiene tasks and support team.
• Main point of contact for chemical supplier; coordinating and supporting visits.
• Aid in investigations of any failed food contact or ATP swab results.
• Maintenance of hygiene traceability documentation.
• Actively involved in supporting the close out of any hygiene related non-conformances raised during internal and external audits, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventative action to prevent re-occurrence.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for Health & Safety.

The requirements:

• Experience working in a hygiene role within dairy or food related industry.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene.
• Knowledge of BRC standards and food safety.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
