Be Personnel has an opportunity available for a Trainee Administrator to join our team on fulltime basis.

The role of the Trainee Administrator will be to provide efficient administrative support to the recruitment team. This will involve, although not be limited to:

  • Reception duties – answering the phone and welcoming people to site
  • Uploading new starter paperwork and data input of personal information to CRM system
  • Setting up candidates for payroll
  • Sending Assignment Details forms to both Candidates and Clients ahead of confirmed start dates
  • Updating and posting job adverts
  • Formatting CVs

While this is a trainee role where limited office based administration experience will be considered, our ideal candidate will:

  • Have some administrative skills gained from within an office or contact centre environment or alternatively relevant school or college qualifications
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be computer literate including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have a polite and professional manner
  • Have an excellent work ethic and willingness to learn

The Trainee Administrator will work 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and receive a starting salary of circa £21,000 per annum, although negotiable based on experience.
