Our client one of the most successful training provider within the Highlands & Islands is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to join their team based within the Dingwall area.

This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday, however from Jan 2026 this would be reduced to a 4 day working week, our client will also consider applications from those only looking for Part Time hours, this may suit someone that can work around school times.

Main duties expected with this role (not limited to):

  • Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assisting with co-ordination of training courses, taking initial queries to completion
  • Work on social media advertising and promotions
  • Assist in producing invoices for courses ready to be sent to the client
  • Maintain an orderly office environment

The ideal candidate should:

  • Display confidence in their abilities in using Microsoft Word Suite & Excel
  • Have an excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Posses strong organisational abilities
  • Be comfortable communicating both over the telephone and in person

The salary of £20,000 - £25,000 will depend on experience, and those wishing to work Part Time hours this would be Pro-Rata
