An opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Administrator to join the business, working within a varied role to provide a professional and efficient administrative support function to the recruitment and management teams.

As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include, although not be limited to:

  • Reception duties both via telephone and face to face
  • Issuing new starter documentation, chasing return and ensuring candidates are job ready ahead of start date
  • Payroll - setting up new starters, completing weekly payroll reports and sending all relevant documentation to the payroll team, chasing timesheets in line with payroll deadlines
  • Calculating and updating charge rates for specific projects and time bound changes
  • Weekly and monthly audits (Working Time Directive, Ethical, Quality, ISO)
  • Advertising and social media marketing
  • Completing daily, weekly, monthly and other ad hoc reports
  • Maintaining and managing the data and back office functions within the CRM database
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Supporting the Management team with any other reasonable requests


The successful Recruitment Administrator will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced Administrator with solid work history within a fast paced office environment (ideally HR or Recruitment admin but this is not essential)
  • First class communication skilled both verbal and written
  • A polite telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and delivering high quality
  • The ability to work on own initiative with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Computer literate including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint


The Recruitment Administrator will work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (however a degree of flexibility is essential) while benefiting from a negotiable salary package based on experience, access to the on-site gym, private healthcare benefit, a day off for your birthday plus 31 days holiday and career development opportunities.
