Be Personnel has immediate opportunities for Food Production Operatives to join one of the largest seafood companies in the world — and the leading global producer of Atlantic salmon.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Food Production Operative, you will be working as part of a line team preparing Smoked, Infused, and Fresh Salmon products to meet specific customer orders and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and packing salmon products to customer specifications
• Working efficiently on a production line in a chilled environment
• Maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Following company food safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in food processing or factory work is ideal, but not essential (full training provided)
• Candidates from manual work backgrounds are welcome
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work in a physical, hands-on role
• Flexible attitude to changing shift patterns or business needs
• Team player with a willingness to learn and develop
