Our client a very well establish producer of white fish based in Aberdeen have a current vacancy for an experienced Filleting Operatives to join their team.

With their own Fishing Boats and daily delivery service, our client is one of the local market leaders.

Main Duties:

• Single and Block Filleting of Haddock and other white fish

The ideal candidate:

• Must have experience of single and or block filleting
• Have experience of working in a fast-paced, processing environment
• Enjoy working within a deadline driven role
• Be comfortable working in a lightly chilled environment
• Have enthusiastic "can do" approach to work

The Fish Filleter will benefit from:

• An hourly pay rate of £13.00 per hour
• Full time work with shifts starting at 4am/5am to approx. mid-day (finish times vary), Monday to Friday
• Long-term, full-time work opportunity
• Guaranteed 30 hours per week minimum
