General Operatives (BE10465) - Inverness

Be Personnel is currently looking for General Operatives to carry out varied roles within the Inverness area.

As we move towards Spring we will start to have an increase in demand for temporary staffing working with our local clients.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team. As a General Operative, you will be responsible for performing various duties in our warehouse facility, as well as assisting drivers with their deliveries as a drivers mate. This is a physically demanding role within a fast paced environment that requires the ability to lift heavy objects, and be aware of moving vehicles.

Duties (not limited to):

• Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Assist drivers as a drivers mate

Experience/skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling techniques
• Ability to work well within in a team
• Take direction
