Be Personnel has a number of immediate, long term, stable opportunities available for Food Production Operatives to join our Client’s expanding team based at either their well-established Low Street site or brand new March Road location in Buckie.

Buckie is a busy seaside town 60 miles away from Aberdeen on the North East coast. Our Client offers support towards accommodation costs for the first 6 weeks of employment in order to support those looking to relocate to the area.

As a Food Production Operative you will benefit from:

  • A rate of £9.54 ph
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate

  • Full time, steady work with various shift options available between Monday to Friday including 07:00 to 17:30, 14:00/15:00 to 22:30/23:30, 07:00 to 15:30 or 15:30 to 23:30

As a Food Production Operative, you could be working at various stages of the production line, processing fresh or smoked salmon, mackerel or shellfish to customer specification.

We would love to hear from candidates who ideally have experience of working within a food processing or manufacturing environment, however, those with a flexible attitude, excellent work ethic, and experience of working within another manual type of role may also be considered.

The Food Production Operatives should be comfortable working in a lightly chilled environment, have an enthusiastic "can do" approach to work and a degree of physical capability, as there is some lifting involved in this position.
