Be Personnel is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Associate to join our client, the nation’s favorite traditional baker with a base in Edinburgh. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday (39 Hours a week) with flexibility on the hours of work. Due to the nature of the role and travelling to various sites in Edinburgh own transport is essential however there will be home working available as well when not on sites.

This will be a 6 month contract but for the right candidate will turn into a permanent role as long as standards are met.

As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates for salaried management positions based in Edinburgh and Lothian
• Scheduling your own diary to maximise time
• Attending different sites for interviews – also conducting virtual interviews as well
• Liaising with HR and organising inductions and new start paperwork
• Engaging and creating relationships with external recruitment partners
• Organising recruitment events, attending open days and events
• Ensuring candidates have all right to work documents in place

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working in a recruitment role previously
• A desire to work in a fast-paced business
• A strong attention to detail and ability to work on their own initiative
