Be Personnel Ltd is currently looking for a fulltime Assistant Branch Manager for their client based within the Fort William area of the Highlands.

With branches throughout the Scottish Isle to Penzance our client really are a leading force within their industry, supplying building materials, roofing and landscaping materials we are sure you will always find everything you need.

Assisting the Branch Manager the successful candidate will be a driving force in maximising profitability within the branch, whist operating in a safe manner.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Working with sales, kpi's & targets
  • Growing accounts with new, existing and lapsed clients
  • Excellent customer service
  • Executing sales plans
  • Participate in stock management & improving this
  • Achieving safety and wellbeing culture and targets
  • Identify any team training needs

The above duties are not limited to this and there will be additional responsibilities that would be discussed during the recruitment process.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Relevant market and product knowledge
  • Have the ability to lead and develop a team
  • IT Literate
  • Driving Licence
  • Have commercial and financial awareness
  • Be able to maintain and create successful client relations
  • Having a Fork Lift Ticket, Standard Grade Math's & English are desirable attributes

This is a fulltime permanent role with an immediate start available, minimum 40 hours per week.

A salary of £30,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate however this can also be negotiable for the right person.
