Our client a leader in Property Service Support for over 300 customers throughout the UK are currently looking to add to their Glasgow based team.
Due to expansion we are currently looking to recruit several part time customer service advisors working a guaranteed minimum 12 hours per week up to a maximum 25 hours per week based within the City Centre.
We will receive client requirements week to week which we will then offer to our successful candidates.
The hours of work will include Saturday and or Sunday each week some some evenings as and when required.
Main purpose of the role:
The successful applicants will be responsible for processing all inbound calls, assessing these and then deploying Engineers to carry out the repairs needed, seeing the job through from start to finish to ensure customer as continuity at all times.
