Weighbridge Operative (Admin) (BE740) - Oban

Be Personnel is currently working with their client in assisting them with the recruitment of a Weigh Bridge Operative based within their site in Oban.

The successful applicant will report directly into the Area Manager, providing administrative support and undertaking weighbridge duties ensuring the weighbridge is operated efficiently and correctly at all times.

Main duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Carrying out day to day tasks in line with the company core values
• Providing administrative support to other areas of the business such as Accounts and Finance
• Recording of all waste in and out of the site accurately
• Ensuring that all containers meet legal requirements
• Site Reception duties
• Keying in of contract reports
• Greeting and signing in of visitors to the site

Experience/Attributes:

• IT literacy with focus on Excel
• Work well within a team environment
• Experience within a similar role
• High level of attention to detail
• Experience within a Transport environment (not essential)
• First Aid - preferable not essential

This is a part time position working Monday to Friday 0930am - 2.30pm ( 25 hours per week) being paid a rate of £10.54 per hour
