Production Supervisor (BE692) - Lanark

Be Personnel bring you an exciting opportunity with their Client based in Birkhill, Lanark for a Production Supervisor to join their busy and expanding team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, monitoring and organising the work flow on the Production floor, maximising output, profits and budgets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Development and implementation of production procedures and policies
• Meeting and delivery of KPIs
• Site inspections to ensure high standard of house keeping is being maintained and meets hygiene standards
• Communicate expectations to production staff and work alongside management to appraise performances
• Prioritise workloads and orders ensuring manufacturing team are working efficiently
• Scheduling, monitoring, revising and resolving of all work loads, issues and any other items that may arise day to day

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experienced in Managing and Developing people including Team Leadership
• Having had worked within a FMCG processing environment (ideally with high automation levels)
• Production Planning
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of a Manufacturing Process
• Moderate level of Computer Literacy
• Skilled in problem solving
• Due to location own transport would be beneficial
