Be Personnel has several opportunities available for Slaughter Operatives and Boning Hall Operatives to work with our Client, a hugely successful business which produces the highest quality meats and great tasting products for highly recognised brands across 43 countries.
As a Slaughter Operative you will be responsible for the slaughter, dressing and preparation of carcasses and edible offal for sale and consumption in accordance with Company SOP’s, while Boning Hall Operatives will be responsible for boning, butchering, trimming and finishing red meat for sale and consumption in accordance with client specifications and Company SOP’s.
