Small but, we believe, perfectly formed, Be Personnel, based in Evanton, is now in its second decade of trading and has grown to be one of Scotland’s most successful and innovative recruitment businesses.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has now become available for an Administrator based in the Dunoon area to support our team on an ad-hoc, part time and temporary contract basis.

The Administrator will support the central Recruitment team by:

  • Ensuring that new starter paperwork is completed with candidates prior to them starting assignments
  • Completing right to work checks and ensuring copies of ID have been taken
  • Photocopying
  • Arranging postage of the completed paperwork ahead of assignments commencing

The successful Administrator will:

  • Have previous administration experience, with HR Admin or recruitment experience being desirable although not essential as training will be provided
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be a flexible worker who is happy to work short, ad hoc hours on an as needed basis
  • Have an enthusiastic "can do" approach to work
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Be a driver with their own transport

This position would suit a candidate who is flexible between Monday to Friday with occasional work on the weekend.

The Administrator will receive a pay rate negotiable on experience.
