Production Operatives (Rosyth) (BE10342) - Grimsby

Be Personnel is working in partnership with MOWI, one of the largest seafood companies in the world and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon, to offer permanent opportunities across their processing teams at the state of the art Rosyth factory to those with food processing experience.

As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to prepare Smoked, Infused and Fresh Salmon to customer specification while benefiting from:

• A competitive standard starting rate of £11.05 increasing to £11.53 per hour upon being classified as skilled
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• £500 gross sign on bonus after 10 weeks of employment for candidates with food processing experience
• Fantastic refer a friend scheme with £250 net paid to both you and your friend providing they work 12 weeks
• £300 pro rata Christmas bonus
• A permanent contract upon starting for those with industry experience from their previous employment or initially working via agency for those without and looking to make a leap in to the industry

A variety of shifts are available to suit your lifestyle including full time options 06.00 – 18.00 on a 2-2-3 pattern or Monday – Friday day shift.
