Our client a highly successful Scottish Highland Organic supplier of prime game are currently looking for 2 x Trimming operatives to join their team on a temporary basis.
This position is fulltime for approx. 8 weeks working Monday to Saturday 0700 - 1630 per day
Main Purpose of this role will be to successfully remove skins from all the carcasses brought into the factory to client specification.
This role would someone with similar experience or with noted knife Skills i.e. someone from a Fish Factory environment skinning, filleting fish etc.
Immediate start available£11.50 per hour
